Create A Castle needed a partner capable of managing a full tooling transfer from Taiwan to China, improving quality control, and preparing for expansion into new product categories — all without losing the precision and creativity that made the brand successful in the first place.

The team retooled the molds for higher yield, optimized resin material for greater strength and better surface finish, and established standardized inspection and assembly protocols to ensure perfect consistency across every unit.
This new production model not only streamlined output but unlocked capacity for innovation. Working directly with Create A Castle’s founders, Tincat also led development of BuildMaster — an indoor, modular building platform inspired by the outdoor play system but designed for all-season use.
